Former Min. Rishad visits Vavuniya CID branch to record statement

UTV | COLOMBO – Former Minister Rishad Bathiudeen has arrived at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) branch at the Iratperiyakulam Police in Vavuniya.

He has been summoned to record a statement with regard to the 2019 Easter Sunday bomb attacks, reportedly.

Colombo Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake recently ordered the former Minister to record a statement with the CID.

Accordingly, he had arrived at the CID branch at around 9 am this morning (27).
