“Increases in water bill is definite” – Min. Rauff Hakeem

(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – Minister of Town Planning and Water Supply Rauff Hakeem said that the tariff on water bills should be increased soon.

Addressing a meeting in Kurunegala yesterday (20^th Monday) the minister said it will not apply to Samurdhi beneficiaries.
