(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – Sri Lankan employees attached to the Chinese company in charge of Moragahakanda multi-purpose development project have commenced a protest near the reservoir’s main dam.
They are claiming that they were dismissed from work without prior notice and that they were not given their salaries.
