Anuruddha Polgampola remanded till 18 May [UPDATE]

(UTV|COLOMBO) – UPDATE: Anuruddha Polgampola who was arrested by the Crime Investigation Division (CID) this morning (16) was remanded until 18 May by the Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court.

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Former Parliamentarian Anuruddha Polgampola who President Maithripala Sirisena appointed and later removed as the Chairman of the State Timber Corporation, arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) for alleged financial fraud of Rs. 8 million.
