Iran – Sri Lanka Speakers meet in Colombo [UPDATE]

(UTV|COLOMBO) – UPDATE: Speaker of the Iranian Parliament Ali Larijani, who arrived in the island on Wednesday (18) on an official visit, called on Speaker of Sri Lankan Parliament Karu Jayasuriya today (19) at the Parliamentary Complex.

During his stay in the island, Speaker Larijani will hold bilateral discussions with Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe as well. He is scheduled to leave the island tomorrow (20).

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Speaker of the Parliament of Iran, Ali Larijani arrived in Sri Lanka Wednesday night (18) on a two-day visit with delegation of five Parliamentarians and 31 Officials.

State Minister A. H. M. Fowzie and Iranian Ambassador to Sri Lanka Mohammed Zaeri Amirani welcomed the Iranian delegation at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA).
