Hong Kong new legislations may target journalists

(UTV | TAIWAN) – Exiled journalists in Taiwan have warned against targeting journalists and politicians inside the country, (Flow HK) journalist ‘Tsang Chi-ho’ explained that foreign governments will take arbitrary measures against journalists through new legislations against fake news to tackle misinformation, hate speech and false news, as governments claimed.

‘Flow HK’ editorial board member Xiang Min-yin said that: “targeting journalists or people who take political initiatives against foreign governments, those governments will decide that they are spreading false news immediately, and will take action against them according to the these new laws.
