(UTV|COLOMBO) – The signal system at Colombo Fort and Maradana Railway stations which malfunctioned yesterday (23) has been restored by now.
Services were affected after the signals failed at 8.45 last night.
A spokesman from the Train Control Room said that the system failed after it was hit by lightning.
