(UTV | COLOMBO) – Minister of Trade, Commerce, and Food Security Nalin Fernando says the prices of essential goods will be reduced once a week.
He said that attention will be paid to the price of chicken and fish.
He pointed out that although the prices of many essential goods have reduced considerably compared to previous months, the prices of Chicken and Fish have NOT been reduced yet.
According to the Minister, Eggs are now been sold in the market between Rs. 43 to Rs. 48.
