(UTV | COLOMBO) – Scheduled power cuts imposed from earlier this year owing to lack of rainfall and the shortage in fuel for power plants will continue.
The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka yesterday approved two-hour-and-20-minute power cuts for all residential areas during the weekend.
Accordingly, the PUCSL said one-hour power cuts will be imposed during the day and one-hour-and-20-minute power cuts at night for groups A to L and P to W today.
