(UTV | UNITED STATES) – Hulu and Spyglass’ reimagining of Clive Barker’s 1987 horror classic “Hellraiser” has finally set a release date with the film to launch exclusively on Hulu on October 7th.
In the film, a young woman struggling with addiction comes into possession of an ancient puzzle box, unaware that its purpose is to summon the Cenobites, a group of sadistic supernatural beings from another dimension.
Odessa A’zion, Jamie Clayton, Adam Faison, Drew Starkey, Brandon Flynn, Aoife Hinds, Jason Liles, Yinka Olorunnife, Selina Lo, Zachary Hing, Kit Clarke, Hiam Abbass and Goran Visnjic star.
Much of the creative team behind 2020’s “The Night House” including director David Bruckner, writers Ben Collins & Luke Piotrowski, and producers David S. Goyer & Keith Levine serve in the same capacities here. Clive Barker also produces.
