(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Customer Relation Service of Member Services Division of the Employees Trust Fund Board Head Office in Narahenpita has been temporarily closed due to COVID-19 concerns.
The relevant department will remain closed from 17 August, the ETF Board stated in an announcement.
General Public has been requested to drop their applications pertaining to ‘Member Refunds’ and ‘Benefit Claims’ to a box maintained at the entrance of the building in Narahenpita or to send them via registered post.
