(UTV|COLOMBO) – Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) on Wednesday (15) stated that still have time to decide the final squad for the International Cricket Council (ICC) Cricket World Cup 2019, which will be staged in England and Wales from 30 May to 14 July.
“We have an idea of the team composition that should go into the World Cup, but we still have time to decide the final squad,” Coach Chandika Hathurusingha said addressing the South Africa tour of Sri Lanka post series media briefing.
“We have three tours to do so, that is England, South Africa, and New Zealand tours,” Hathurusingha said adding we will be able to finalise the World Cup squad with these [Forthcoming] tours.”
