(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) arrested a most wanted criminal Chandana Hettiaracchi alias ‘Navy Sampath’ on Tuesday (14).
He was wanted over the abduction of 11 youth in Colombo in 2008.
