(UTV|COLOMBO) – Investigation into the controversial speech allegedly been made by former State Minister Vijayakala Maheswaran have commenced, the Minister of Public Administration and Management and Law and Order Ranjith Madduma Bandara said.
The Minister made this remarks at a media briefing held in Monaragala.
