Joint Opposition Alliance talks commences today

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The first round of discussions to establish the Joint Opposition (JO) Alliance is scheduled to be held today (18) at the Official Residence of the JO Parliamentary Group Leader Parliamentarian Dinesh Gunawardena.

Accordingly, leaders of six Political Parties including Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), National Freedom Front (NFF), Pivithuru Hela Urumaya and several members of the group of 16 Parliamentarians who recently defected the Government will join the discussions.
