(UTV|COLOMBO) – A suspect has been arrested by the Uragasmanhandiya Police over the murder of Deputy Chairman of the Karandeniya Pradeshiya Sabha Donald Sampath.
The Police said that the suspect is 22-year-old youth named Asela Ranasinghe.
