Speaker request a report on Parliamentarians involved with PTL

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Speaker has called for a report of names of Parliamentarians who allegedly obtained financial funds from the Owner of Perpetual Treasuries Limited (PTL) Arjun Aloysius, well-placed sources revealed.

Reportedly, the aforementioned names of the Parliamentarians have been revealed in the Report of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the Treasury Bond Issuance.

Therefore, the request has been made to the Presidential Secretariat by Speaker Karu Jayasuriya for a report of names of Parliamentarians who were allegedly involved with the PTL.
