Rail Trade Union deny charges of damaging property

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Railway Technical Services Trade Union Committee has denied claims that its members damaged property belonging to the Department of Railways.

The Union stressed that the incident could be a result of attempts to disrupt the on-going strike action.

The 48-hour Token Strike launched at 4.00 PM Tuesday (29) by the Railway Technical Services Trade Union Committee is currently underway.
