Six female undergraduates hospitalized

UTV | COLOMBO – Six female undergraduates who were injured police used tear gas and water cannon on anti-SAITM protest march organized by Inter-University Students’ Front are receiving treatment at the Colombo National Hospital.

A hospital spokesperson said their condition is not serious.

Police used tear gas and water cannon when a protest march organized by IUSF attempted to reach the University Grants Commission in Ward Place.
