(UTV|COLOMBO) – Army Colonel (Retired) Don Thomas Alfred Wijethunga has been arrested in connection with the investigation of the floating armoury of Avant Garde Maritime Services Ltd.
Wijethunga who was in-charge of the floating armoury, was arrested on Wednesday (28) by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
