Lasantha Wickramatunge murder case to be heard today

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The case pertained to the murder of veteran Journalist and Chief Editor of the Sunday Leader Newspaper Lasantha Wickramatunge is due to be taken up for hearing once again today (02).

Accordingly former Deputy Inspector General of Police Prasanna Nanayakkara and Officer in Charge of the Mount Lavinia Police Crimes Division Tissa Sugathapala who were arrested and remanded on charges of concealing evidence in the case are due to be produced before Court today.
