(UTV|COLOMBO) – A special hotline; 011 3 024 884 introduced by Police for female candidates contesting the forthcoming Local Government Election to lodge complaints if they face harassment.
Complaints will be promptly investigated by the Police Child and Women Bureau offices established at every station, the Police said.
