UTV | COLOMBO – United People’s Freedom Alliance Parliamentarian Roshan Ranasinghe has requested voters to support the Sri Lanka Podu Jana Peramuna to show dissent to the government.
Speaking to media in Polonnaruwa the MP said there are many who are willing to stand up against the present government.
He said the people are waiting to give the government a message, and the massage would be made clear at the end of the election.
He noted they clearly called on the Sri Lanka Freedom Party to leave the government.
He said if they do not approve of divisions in the country, of the burden on the public, of the economic turbulence, and are against the country being sold, then the SLFP should be at a stance where they oppose the United National Party.
He stated if the SLFP was supporting the UNPs actions, then there are people who will readily stand against such attempts.
