(UDHAYAM, MONARAGALA) – A fire broke out on Millakele Reserve in Monaragala on Monday (03).
The Police stated that the fire was put out with the help of locals in the area along with officials.
A land area of around 20 acres had been destroyed due to the fire, however has not claimed any casualties as of yet.
Monaragala Police Department has begun further investigations on the matter.
