(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The police have launched a special operation to arrest motorists driving vehicles with tinted windows or curtains on the passenger and drivers shutters.
The operation will be carried out from today (19th Thursday) till the 31st of January.
Police said legal action will be taken against motorists who fail to remove the tints and curtains.
Police attributed the decision to the increase in accidents.
