A new Hifz (Qur’an memorization) Madrasa was inaugurated last Saturday at a mosque in Chalambaikulam village, Vavuniya District, by Rishad Bathiudeen, Leader of the All Ceylon Makkal Congress and Member of Parliament.
The educational initiative was launched under the theme “Iqrah – Read,” with a focus on the welfare and future advancement of students. Organized by the Cultural Division of the All Ceylon Makkal Congress, the program is based on Islamic principles, educational values, and social discipline.
This event marks the first educational program of the year organized under the initiative. It aims to promote educational awareness, discipline, and a sense of social responsibility among students.
