The United National Party (UNP) has announced the formation of a three-member committee to hold discussions with the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB).
The committee comprises UNP Deputy Leader Ruwan Wijewardene, UNP General Secretary Attorney-at-Law Thalatha Athuwakorala, and President’s Counsel Waralan Wapawarra.
In its statement, the UNP emphasized its commitment to bringing together all political parties on a single platform to safeguard Sri Lanka’s democratic multi-party system.
