Chan leads Netflix time travel series “Moon”

(UTV | UNITED KINGDOM) – Gemma Chan (“Eternals,” “Crazy Rich Asians”) is attached to star in “The Moon Represents My Heart,” a new sci-fi limited series from “Stranger Things” production company 21 Laps.

The story follows a British-Chinese family with the secret ability to time travel. After the parents vanish, their son and daughter search for them across time while coming of age as adults.

The project is based on the forthcoming debut novel from Pim Wangtechawat which releases next Spring. Chan, Shawn Levy and Josh Barry will executive produce.
