The People’s Bar Association will assist those arrested in Mirihana

(UTV | COLOMBO) – The People’s Bar Council has decided to assist lawyers in court proceedings on behalf of those arrested by police during the Mirihana protest.

Its convener, Senaka Perera, said he did not approve of discriminating against protesters on social issues.
