(UTV | COLOMBO) – Scheduled power cuts will be imposed across the island today as well.
The Ceylon Electricity Board said areas A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, and L will experience a three hour and 45 minute power cut between 9am and 10pm.
Meanwhile, areas P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, and W will experience a two hour power disruption between 3pm and 11pm.
The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka said a request by the CEB to impose power cuts was approved.
