(UTV | COLOMBO) – The circular pertaining to removing teachers’ and principals’ salary anomalies has been issued.
The circular was issued by the Ministry of Public Services, Provincial Councils & Local Government.
The circular is effective from the 1st of January this year while it has also been approved by the National Pay Commission and the Ministry of Finance.
The circular was reportedly issued based on decisions reached during the Cabinet of Ministers meetings held on the 30th of August last year and the 3rd of January this year, pertaining to removing teachers’ and principals’ salary anomalies.
