Will not engage in work to rule campaign

(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Ceylon Electricity Board Technological Engineers and Superintendent Union says it is not part of the work to rule campaign, launched by the Ceylon Electricity Board Engineers Association.

Chairman AGU Nishantha said groups including superintendents will engage in duties stringently, to ensure an uninterrupted supply of electricity.

Nishantha said the Union is of the stance that the trade union action is not necessary at present.
