(UTV | COLOMBO) – Two female suspects, an Assistant Agriculture Director and an Agriculture Instructor have been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) for issuing forged quarantine certificates to release a stock of dried arecanut from the Sri Lanka Customs in 2020.
