Colombo Library re-open after COVID-19 crisis

(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Colombo Public Library will re-open today after it was closed for nearly two months due to the COVID-19 crisis.

Meanwhile, the Colombo Municipal Council says it has formulated a plan to allow the systematic re-opening of small and medium scale restaurants that have not been registered with the Sri Lanka Tourism Board.
