(UTV | COLOMBO) – An individual has been arrested for the possession of heroin during a raid that had been carried in Katunayake, yesterday (01).
The 31-year-old suspect, who is a resident of Shravastipura, Anuradhapura had been arrested with 9 grams and 980 milligrams of heroin in his possession.
He will be produced before the Negombo Magistrate’s Court today (02).
Katunayake Police have launched further investigations into the matter.
