(UTV|COLOMBO) – A special meeting of the United National Party (UNP) Working Committee is scheduled to be held at Sirikotha –UNP Headquarters, today (01).
The meeting will be chaired by Party Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe and Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa, according to MP Wijepala Hettiarachchi.
A final decision on the party’s election symbol will be arrived at, at the Working Committee meeting, he said.
Meanwhile, General Secretary of UNP-led alliance ‘Samagi Jana Balawegaya’ MP Ranjith Madduma Bandara stated that an administration of their own alliance will be established on April 25.
