Rashmika’s century steers Anuradhapura Central

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Rashmika Prabodana’s century steered Anuradhapura Central College win over St. Mary’s College Chilaw by innings and 22 runs in their ‘Singer Trophy’ Under 19 inter Schools Cricket tournament match yesterday.

Tharindu Harshana of P. De S. Kularathne MV Amabalangoda made third century in this season. Tharindu made a century against Kalutara Vidayalaya at Rathgama esplanade. Rashmika Prabodhana scored 163 runs against St. Mary’s College Chilaw. Venuka Hettiarachchi of Ananda Shashthralaya Kotte took 11 wickets against President’s College Maharagama. Sadushka Senarath of Lyceum International School Nugegoda scored 169 runs against Sri Pragnananda MV Raddoluwa.

Methodist High School Moratuwa beat S. de S. Jayasinghe Central College Dehiwala by 9 wickets.

Lyceum International School Wattala beat Revatha College Balapitiya by 9 wickets and Lyceum International School Nugegoda beat Sri Pangnananda MV Kotugoda by by 261 runs. Other matches were drawn.
