SLPP ready to submit documents on Gota’s citizenship

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) is willing to submit documents pertaining to the citizenship of its Presidential candidate Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, if required.

“Don’t worry about SLPP candidate. If his documentation is the issue, will present if needed. Worry about governing the country for next few months, to salvage from this sorry state. Also perhaps worry about who you can put forward to contest,” Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa tweeted.

Namal was responding to a tweet by Minister Harsha de Silva on Gotabhaya’s citizenship.
