Army Intelligence Officer arrested over attack on Editor

(UTV|COLOMBO) – A Corporal attached to the Military Intelligence Service arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in connection with the assault on former Editor Upali Tennakoon in 2009.

Corporal Lalith Rajapaksa was arrested in Hanwella last night (07).

It is reported that the fingerprints discovered on Tennakoon’s vehicle on the day of the assault have been linked to the Corporal.
