GMOA to hold series of protests against Rajitha

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Government Medical Officers Association has decided to launch a week of a series of protests to educate the public on the actions of Minister of Health Dr. Rajitha Senaratne.

The GMOA said it will educate the public on the Minister’s actions related to issues surrounding the South Asian Institute of Technology and Medicine and the controversial doctor of the Kurunegala Teaching Hospital.

The GMOA member Dr. Nishantha Sugunapala speaking to a prominent online news portal has said that the public will be educated via the distribution of leaflets and posters.

Dr. Sugunapala added the GMOA will also meet with both government and Opposition MPs during the week.
