(UTV|COLOMBO) – Several spells of showers will occur in Western, Central, Sabaragamuwa, Southern, and North-Western Provinces on Saturday (25), the Department of Meteorology stated.
Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in Uva Province, and in Polonnaruwa, Batticaloa and Ampara Districts, particularly after 2.00 PM, the Met. Department stressed, adding that fairly heavy falls above 50 millimetres can also be expected at some places in Central and Uva Provinces.
