(UTV|COLOMBO) – The largest heroin stock detected by the Law Enforcement Authorities in Sri Lankan history, was seized in Colpetty on Saturday (23).
The heroin stock weighing 294.4 kilogrammes valued at over Rs. 2,945 million, was seized at a car park in Colpetty, in a joint operation conducted by the Police Narcotic Bureau (PNB) and the Special Task Force (STF).
Two suspects from Keselwatta – Panadura, age-32 and 43 were arrested with two vehicles.
