Case against Mahindananda postponed

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The case filed against former Minister, MP Mahindananda Aluthgamage, for allegedly using Rs 27 million of funds acquired illegally to purchase a house, was postponed to November 07 by the Colombo High Court today (29).

The case was scheduled to be taken up before the Colombo High Court Judge Sampath Abeykoon today (29); however, it was postponed by the Colombo HC Judge A.A.R. Heiyanthuduwa, due to the absence of the HC Judge as he is on leave today.
