Special High Court decides to hear Gotabaya’s case from Dec. 4

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The D. A. Rajapaksa Museum-corruption case filed against former Defence Gotabaya Rajapaksha to be heard continuously at the Permanent High Court at Bar, from 04 December.

The case filed against Rajapaksa and seven others by the Attorney General’s Department, over the alleged misappropriation of Rs 49 million to build the D. A. Rajapaksa Memorial Museum, is scheduled to be taken up before the Special High Court comprising three-Judge Bench today (09).
