(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Police said that there were traffic jams on many roads due to the adverse weather with the prevailing rains.
Heavy traffic reported in Borella, Castle Street, Rajagiriya and Parliament Road.
The Police have advised motorists to use alternative roads.
