(UTV|COLOMBO) – Motorists should be cautious when using the Southern Expressway due to prevailing adverse weather conditions, the Road Development Authority (RDA) said on Saturday (06).
Accordingly, the RDA requests motorists to limit their speeds to 60 kilometres per hour.
