Pakistan Secretary of Defence visits Naval Headquarters

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Pakistan Secretary of Defence Lieutenant General (Retired) Ikram Ul Haq who is on a four-day official tour in Sri Lanka, with a delegation visited Naval Headquarters, on Thursday (04).

Accordingly, he was warmly received by the Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Vice Admiral Sirimevan Ranasinghe to the Naval Headquarters in Colombo.

Thereafter, they held cordial discussions on matters of mutual interests and mementos were also exchanged symbolising the event.

Chief of Staff Rear Admiral Piyal de Silva, Director General of Sri Lanka Navy and the Defence Advisor to the Pakistan High Commission in Sri Lanka Colonel Sajad Ali were also present on this occasion.
