PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION AND CEB CALLED TO COURTS

UTV | COLOMBO – Colombo District Judge Janaki De Alwis has ordered the CEB to be represented before courts on the 17th of this month.

This was after considering a petition filed by the Public Utilities Commission.

The PUC has filed the petition in order to recover 190 Million Rupees payable by CEB as taxes to the commission for the year 2018.
