CID ordered to take over probe on TID DIG, Premier requests report

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) has been instructed to take over the investigations into the allegations against the Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) attached to the Terrorism Investigation Division (TID), Nalaka de Silva.

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has ordered a full report into the allegations against the TID DIG Nalaka de Silva.
