Presidential Commission probing SriLankan, Mihin Airlines summons Gotabaya

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Former Secretary to Ministry of Defence and Urban Development Gotabaya Rajapaksa had been summoned to record a statement before the Presidential Commission investigating the alleged misappropriation of State funds.

In addition to Rajapaksa, the former Foreign Affairs Ministry Monitoring Parliamentarian Sajin Vass Gunawardena, former SriLankan Airlines Chairman Nishantha Wickramasinghe, and former SriLankan Airlines CEO Kapila Chandrasena have also been summoned to appear before the Presidential Commission appointed to investigate financial irregularities which are alleged to have taken place at SriLankan Airlines and Mihin Lanka Airlines.
